SBH Unveils Èliva: new Day Spa brand to open in Australia’s notable luxury hotels

Salter Brothers Hospitality (SBH), Australia’s leading operator of luxury retreat hotels, today announces the launch of Èliva (pronounced Elle-e-Vah), an exclusive day spa and wellness brand debuting in 2026 across three flagship hotel locations in New South Wales and a further three in the pipeline.  

Developed with leading spa and wellness experts, Èliva combines world-class hospitality with holistic wellbeing practices, setting a new vision for integrated luxury wellness in a hotel environment. The first three bespoke wellness destinations will open at Ardour Milton Park Bowral, InterContinental Sydney Coogee Beach and Ardour Lilianfels Blue Mountains with a strategic rollout planned throughout the year. 

The Èliva Experience: Wellness at Your Pace 

Èliva ushers in a new era of wellness, combining holistic healing traditions with performance driven therapies. Anchored by the pillars Rest, Recovery, Invigorate, Èliva delivers a complete wellness eco-system through sensory-led environments, restorative treatments and evidence-based practices enhanced by advanced technologies, personalised movement and mindful rituals.

Guests are guided on immersive wellness journeys – from deep, restorative therapies to energising performance through personal consultation and tailored experiences. Each Day Spa will feature oil-blending bars, serene treatment rooms, thermal spa, recovery lounges and fitness offerings designed for their destination. Therapies include high-performance facials, full-body treatments, LED mask therapy, PEMF mats and innovative recovery rituals utilising vibro-acoustic lounges, infrared and traditional saunas. Select locations will also feature hot and cold plunge pools, Vitamin C showers and steam rooms to deliver a multi-sensory experience that promotes circulation, detoxification and deep relaxation while fitness facilities will vary from traditional training to Pilates, yoga and nature-based offerings in retreat destinations.   

Èliva Product Range  

Guests can explore Èliva’s Australian-made product line at the signature Herbal Ritual Bar, where custom oils, salts and herbs are blended for each guest and used in body treatments such as body scrubs, massage oils and mud masks. Èliva also partners with luxury skincare house Omorovicza, marking its first hotel spa collaboration in Australia. Known for advanced formulations and Hungarian thermal water heritage, Omorovicza brings high-performance skincare to Èliva’s facial treatments.
