“Luxury in London is growing,” according to John Vanderslice, global head for luxury and lifestyle brands at Hilton Worldwide Holdings Inc., which includes Conrad Hotels and Resorts and Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts.
Although there are many high-end hotels in the UK capital, the recently opened Conrad London St James aims to align with the ‘smart luxury’ segment. The Conrad Concierge app is one component of its offering that targets the new global elite traveller.
