Over the past 17 years, he has been instrumental in Hyatt’s operations in Riyadh, Jeddah and Al Khobar, focusing on operational efficiency, guest service standards and mentoring Saudi nationals to build a pipeline of local talent in the industry.
Hyatt stated that the appointment supports its commitment to Vision 2030 by prioritising sustainable growth, local talent development and innovation in tourism. The company plans to strengthen its presence in Saudi Arabia through leadership appointments, local partnerships and performance-driven operations.
