Accor has appointed Julien Houdebine as its new Global Chief Sales & Revenue Management Officer, effective April 1, 2025. He succeeds Sophie Hulgard, who departed as part of what the company described as a “regular evolution” of Accor’s operating model.
In his new role, Julien will lead the creation of a fully integrated global Sales and Revenue Management department, designed to align commercial strategy and drive results across Accor’s worldwide portfolio. This strategic move is designed to enhance the group’s commercial performance and ensure a more unified approach to driving results across global markets.
Julien brings over two decades of experience in the airline and healthcare industries. Before joining Accor, he served as Director of Commercial Marketing and Client Experience at French healthcare company Colisée. He also held senior leadership roles at Corsair International and Air France, where he developed a strong track record in customer engagement and commercial performance.
