A respected hospitality professional with over two decades of experience in the Miami hospitality market, D’Agostino brings deep operational expertise and a people-first philosophy to his leadership role. In addition to his new responsibilities at Gale Miami, he continues to serve as General Manager of Gale South Beach, underscoring his commitment to the growth and excellence of the Gale Hotels portfolio.
D’Agostino began his hospitality career as a bellman at the Sagamore Hotel and spent 16 years rising through the ranks to become general manager. Throughout his career, he has worked in nearly every department, including front desk, guest relations, sales, and operations, cultivating a well-rounded and empathetic leadership style.
His career also includes pivotal leadership roles at Hyatt Centric South Beach and the Courtyard by Marriott in Coconut Grove, where he successfully steered both properties through the challenges of the pandemic and spearheaded operational transitions and performance improvements.
At Gale Miami, D’Agostino will focus on elevating daily operations, enhancing guest satisfaction, and introducing new cultural programming that reflects the vibrant energy of the surrounding neighborhood.
