Grace Bay Resorts, the Caribbean’s leading independent boutique owner, developer, and operator of the finest resorts, branded residences, and private villas in Turks and Caicos, is excited to announce the appointment of Emma Wilks as Vice President of Marketing, Digital, and Communications.

With a strong background in luxury real estate marketing and branding, Wilks brings a wealth of experience to her new role with Grace Bay Resorts, one of the fastest-growing luxury brands in the Caribbean. Her expertise in driving marketing strategies for large-scale developments will be invaluable as Grace Bay Resorts continues to expand its portfolio, including new developments in the pipeline such as The Point at Point Grace and the recent opening of South Bank in November.

Most recently, Wilks served as Vice President of Marketing at Related Companies based in New York, where she spearheaded marketing efforts across a variety of high-profile projects in U.S. cities. In her role at Related Companies, one of the most prominent real estate development and investment firms known for managing high-profile properties, Emma led the Future of Work positioning, focusing on creating lifestyle office districts designed to enhance the employee experience. She developed strategic initiatives that positioned Related as a leader in modern workplace environments and played a key role in driving employee engagement initiatives at the iconic Hudson Yards in New York City, the largest private real estate development in U.S. history. Prior to her time at Related Companies, Emma held leadership roles at Landsec, the U.K.’s largest real estate company, where she led marketing initiatives across commercial, retail, residential, and mixed-use projects throughout London and the United Kingdom. Additionally, Wilks brings an extensive background in marketing campaigns and strategies focusing on high-net-worth individuals throughout her time at Landsec and Harrods, the iconic high-end department store located in London renowned for its luxury retail offerings and as a symbol of elegance and exclusivity.

As she joins one of the fastest-growing luxury brands in the Caribbean, Wilks will focus on the overall marketing strategy and increasing brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth. She will spearhead brand awareness for all Grace Bay Resorts properties and support the highly anticipated opening of South Bank,the newest iconic luxury oceanfront resort and marina. She will also help grow The Private Villa Collection and aid in the marketing strategy for The Point at Point Grace, an oceanfront development of 38 stunning condominiums ranging from two to five bedrooms. Additionally, she will dedicate marketing efforts towards the recent multimillion-dollar renovation at Grace Bay Club and support its upgraded Family-Friendly Suites and new beach club concept.

Originally from the United Kingdom, Wilks now resides in New Jersey. She is a graduate of the Sheffield University School of Law and has built a reputation as a forward-thinking marketing leader with a talent for building engaging environments and experiences.
