Amrit Wellness & Spa is anything but a typical hotel spa facility; it extends beyond traditional spa treatments to offer fully immersive and exclusive experiences designed to balance and enhance overall wellness. Highlights include the Aayush, Florida’s first and only indoor-outdoor hydrothermal water therapy circuit; the Personal Wellness Support System (PWSS), a proprietary web-based platform designed to further customize guests’ wellness journeys before, during and after their stay; and one of the few luxury hammams in South Florida. Amrit Wellness & Spa, which uses a combination of European, Chinese and Indian wellness traditions and techniques, boasts 25 treatment rooms, 12 of which include in-room showers; two deluxe couples suites with private steam showers and ocean views; and a Thai massage room. AAYUSH HYDROTHERMAL EXPERIENCE
At the heart of Amrit Wellness & Spa is the Aayush Hydrothermal Experience, a revolutionary facility designed to promote overall well-being and longevity through a guided circuit of experiential hydrothermal therapies. The only one of its kind in Florida, the 17,000-square-foot indoor-outdoor Aayush offers unrivaled rituals in heat therapy, cryotherapy, halotherapy and hydrotherapy in both coed and gender-specific areas. HAMMAM RITUALS & BODY TREATMENTS
Amrit Wellness & Spa is home to one of the few hammams in South Florida. The 1,200-square-foot facility houses signature hammam rituals and body treatments that link ancient Moroccan bathing traditions with innovative, modern techniques. Inside the hammam are two additional private body scrub treatment rooms. Body treatments offered in the hammam include the Amrit Body Scrub, designed to improve the skin’s texture and appearance through scrubs that gently resurface the skin, followed by an emulsion that leaves skin soft and luminous; the Amrit Body Wrap, which involves exfoliation followed by a body wrap and a scalp and foot massage for noticeably softer, more hydrated skin; and the Amrit Signature Body Experience, designed to exfoliate, smooth and hydrate the skin through exfoliation, a hydrating body wrap, foot and scalp treatments, and a massage. INTEGRATED HEALTH ASSESSMENTS
As part of Amrit’s integrated health services, Amrit Wellness & Spa offers comprehensive, targeted integrated health assessments conducted by on-site, certified experts. Assessments include the Personal Wellness Guide Assessment, an overall well-being evaluation with a focus on the five pillars; Nutrition Assessment, where a registered dietician reviews a guest’s dietary intake and identifies areas where change is needed; In-Body Evaluation that measures the body’s composition of muscle mass and fat mass; and Ayurvedic Assessment, where guests are examined through nadi pariksha (pulse examination), marma point assessment and several other diagnostic procedures.
INTEGRATED WELLNESS SERVICES
After an assessment, Personal Wellness Guides will recommend one or more of Amrit’s integrated wellness services to help guests meet their wellness and health goals. Services include Flotation Therapy, a dry float therapy system that involves the body floating over 106 gallons of warm water without the need to get undressed or wet, reducing stress and improving blood circulation, among other benefits; Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy, a pressurized pod where guests breathe pure oxygen to increase the amount of oxygen in the blood and help the body fight infections; Acupuncture, the ancient art of healing used to correct imbalances of energy, or chi, in the body; Acupuncture Face-Lift, a nonsurgical procedure involving needles in the face to stimulate the body’s healing response and improve the skin’s appearance; Sound Bath Therapy, which uses Instruments, including signing bowls, chimes, tuning forks and gongs to promote relaxation; Red Light Therapy, which exposes the body to specific light wavelengths to encourage recovery and reduce inflammation and pain; Tibetan Sound Bowl Chakra Balancing, which uses metal bowls that produce vibrations and frequencies to help realign the chakras, or energy centers, within the body; and Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy, where electromagnetic fields are used to treat non-union fractures and depression.
Ayurvedic therapies at Amrit are recommended based on the results of the Ayurvedic Assessment, a 5,000-year-old medical system from India that uses natural and holistic approaches to keeping the mind, body and spirit healthy. After being examined through nadi pariksha (pulse examination), marma point assessment and several other gentle diagnostic procedures, Amrit’s Ayurvedic specialists will recommend the best Ayurvedic path through therapies such as Shirodhara, where a stream of warm, herbal-infused oils is continuously poured over the forehead to quiet the mind and calm the nervous system; and Abhyanga, a flowing rhythmic massage with dosha balancing oils to bring balance and harmony to all three doshas.

SPA & BEAUTY TREATMENTS
Amrit Wellness & Spa offers a variety of specialized beauty-enhancing treatments, such as the Icoone Face & Body Treatment. This service is administered using the patented Icoone beauty device, which provides a combination of face and body care treatments that are customizable to meet each guest’s needs. Treatments include cellulite reduction, body shaping, facial anti-aging and skin rejuvenation, skin tightening, wrinkle and stretch mark reduction, circulation improvement, lymphatic drainage, noninvasive face, breast and cleavage lifts, and more.
Additionally, Amrit is currently the only place in Palm Beach County offering MediSpa Facial Rejuvenation Treatment. The MediSpa is a state-of-the-art, technologically advanced device that delivers eight skin rejuvenation treatments using one machine. Each MediSpa treatment includes a consultation to evaluate the skin and determine what modalities will be used. In one treatment, a guest can receive a combination of several facial techniques, including oxygen infusion, radio frequency, microcurrent skin tightening and a hydra-dermabrasion aqua peel, among others.

AMRIT SALON & HAIR HEALTH
Amrit Salon offers traditional and elevated versions of services such as manicures, pedicures, haircuts, hair styling and coloring, and makeup services. In addition, Amrit is incorporating trichology, the study of the hair and scalp, in partnership with Dr. Alan J. Bauman, who will oversee a team of practitioners offering nonsurgical scalp and hair rejuvenation treatments.
FITNESS & MINDFULNESS
Amrit’s state-of-the-art fitness and mindfulness center features a 3,500-square-foot main cardio studio equipped with Matrix equipment, along with two separate wings that each contain three additional breakout studios for group fitness and wellness classes. Guests will feel a noticeable energy shift in each wing with custom music and overall atmosphere. Classes offered include cardio circuit, cycling, functional training, hatha yoga, mat pilates, restorative yoga, vinyasa yoga, yoga nidra, and more. Mindfulness Wing
- Tranquility Studio: Enjoy morning, afternoon and evening sound bath meditations ranging from 15-60 minutes. Private meditation or group sessions can also be booked at an additional cost.
- Yoga Studio: Featuring stunning ocean views, Amrit’s yoga studio provides the perfect setting to connect the body, mind and spirit. Yoga classes include restorative, vinyasa, hatha power and yoga nidra (a Sanskrit term meaning “yogic sleep,” a popular relaxation technique and form of meditation).
- Outdoor Yoga Terrace: Experience ocean views with a covered terrace to protect from the sun and weather. Start or end the day with the ocean breeze, mindfulness and movement.
Fitness Wing
- Cycle Studio: This studio offers low-impact, high-intensity cycling classes for all levels and abilities.
- Functional Studio: This studio offers a certified personal trainer-led HIIT-style class that incorporates cardio and strength circuits for a full-body workout. With a maximum of 10 participants, the trainer can provide personalized feedback and coaching.
- Movement Studio: Amrit’s movement studio houses mat Pilates, barre, strength, stretch and core classes, among others.
