Vail Resorts, Inc today announced that Julie DeCecco, the company’s current deputy general counsel and vice president, has been appointed general counsel and executive vice president. She succeeds David Shapiro who is leaving the company to pursue a new career opportunity. DeCecco will be effective in the role immediately and Shapiro will be supporting a successful transition through February 23, 2024.
Vail Resorts announces plans for historic investment for the 2018-19 season
The Company will invest CAD$66 million (USD$52 million) at Whistler Blackcomb, including new gondola-to-gondola connection. This historic investment accelerates the Renaissance planÕs mountain improvements, with a focus on the heart of the resort, and defers consideration of new water park.
