Professor Peter Jones, Dean of eHotelier Academy, has been named a Fellow of the Royal Academy of Culinary Arts joining a group of very illustrious and distinguished Academy Fellows including Albert Roux, Raymond Blanc, Angela Hartnett and Heston Blumenthal.
