Resolute Road Hospitality, a third-party management company founded on the promise to change the way owners think of their management company, announced today the addition of two hotels to its third-party managed portfolio. The properties, both located in Oregon, are owned by Evergreen Hospitality Development Group, a hospitality development and investment firm led by Alkesh Patel. Prior to founding Evergreen Hospitality, Alkesh served as the 2012-2013 Chairman of AAHOA, the world’s leading association of hotel owners, with over 18,000 members owning more than 20,000 hotels.
