Specialist hotel operating company, Resident Hotels, announced it has signed a franchise agreement with Marriott International to convert its four Sleeperz Hotels to the Four Points Flex by Sheraton brand.
Resident Hotels adds Sleeperz to growth story
Sleeperz Hotels, which was launched in 2008, builds and operates distinctive premium budget hotels close to mainline rail stations in Cardiff, Newcastle, Edinburgh and Dundee.
