Stonebridge Companies, LLC (“Stonebridge”), a Denver-based innovative, privately-owned hotel management company boasting a diverse range of full-service, select-service, and extended-stay properties, announced today the appointment of Rob Smith as President and Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Smith will join the company in July to oversee the operations of Stonebridge. He will lead the development and execution of the organization’s long-term strategies and report to Stonebridge’s Board of Directors. Mr. Smith will succeed Navin Dimond, who founded Stonebridge in 1991, and will, upon Mr. Smith’s appointment, be elevated to the role of Chairman.
Marriott International highlights growth and commitment in Türkiye during visit by President and Chief Executive Officer
Today, Marriott International, Inc., underscored plans to grow its footprint in Türkiye with the expected addition of more than 20 properties and nearly 3,000 rooms by the end of 2025. During a recent visit to the country, Marriott President and Chief Executive Officer, Anthony Capuano, highlighted the company’s continued expansion in Türkiye, which is expected to generate thousands of new jobs reflecting growth in the country’s travel and hospitality sector.
