Vienna reached 13.2 million overnight stays in 2022 (+164% compared to 2021), three-quarters of the level in 2019. Accommodation revenue grew faster than overnight stays. New innovative hotel offerings are providing a quality boost to the destination, and room supply is already greater than pre-pandemic levels. The U.S. is back in full force as the first long-haul market.
