Lotte New York Palace today announces the appointment of Jordan Howell to the position of Hotel Manager. Mr. Howell, who brings a wealth of operational knowledge, as well as many years of experience in the hospitality industry, joined Lotte New York Palace on June 1, 2023. In his role, Jordan will be instrumental in driving service excellence and overseeing the property’s operational areas.
