Over the past 19 years, Fernández has lead various initiatives for Four Seasons properties including overseeing major renovation projects at Four Seasons Hotel Houston and Four Seasons Resort Costa Rica at Peninsula Papagayo, and assisting with the opening of Four Seasons Resort Nevis.
