Kimpton The Rowan Palm Springs has appointed Jerry Perez as director of food & beverage. In his role, Perez is responsible for driving the overall success and bottom-line results for the food & beverage operations of the award-winning, 153-room downtown Palm Springs hotel, including its four celebrated restaurant and bar concepts: 4 Saints, Juniper Table, High Bar, and Window Bar.
IHG debuts Kimpton in the Middle East with a signing in Saudi Arabia’s KAFD
IHG Hotels & Resorts, one the of the world’s largest hotel groups, with 6000 hotels across 18 brands, has signed a management agreement with The King Abdullah Financial District Management and Development Company (KAFD DMC), a subsidiary of Saudi Arabia’s Public Investment Fund (PIF), to bring the first Kimpton hotel in the region to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.

Newly leading the distinguished dining concepts and the culinary team at Kimpton The Rowan Palm Springs is Executive Chef Richard Crespin. With his appointment, Crespin is responsible for overseeing culinary operations for the Michelin-recognized 4 Saints rooftop restaurant, the all-day dining concept Juniper Table, the poolside High Bar, banquets, catering, and in-room dining.
Brick Loomis joins Kimpton The Rowan Palm Springs as Director of Restaurants, Bars & Events
With more than 20 years of food & beverage leadership experience, Loomis most recently served as Director of Outlets at Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows in Santa Monica. Prior to that, he was Assistant Director of Food & Beverage at Silicon Valley’s Rosewood Sand Hill where he helped Madera restaurant regain its Michelin star and earn a Wine Spectator Grand Award of Excellence.
