Nationally-acclaimed hospitality company, Method Co. and Detroit-based real estate developer, Bedrock, announce the first phase of highly anticipated restaurant and bar openings at Book Tower. New food and beverage openings include Le Suprême, a classic French brasserie located at the landmark corner of Washington Boulevard and Grand River Avenue; Kamper’s, an upscale rooftop bar and lounge; and Bar Rotunda, an all-day lobby café and bar, opening early next month.
