Gracious Hospitality Management announces plans to open COTE Vegas, the brand’s first West Coast concept in 2025. Located at The Venetian Resort Las Vegas, the Michelin-starred Korean steakhouse, recently named North America’s Best Steakhouse by World’s 101 Best Steak Restaurants, will debut early next year as a part of the resort’s $1.5 billion reinvestment project, which will touch nearly every facet of the legendary resort – from groundbreaking entertainment venues to new culinary concepts to renovated suites.
