Cesar’s 25 years of hospitality experience includes starting out as a dishwasher in Ocean City, N.J., at 13 years old to owning and creating multiple restaurant concepts to managing multiple dining outlets at prestigious resorts.

In his new position, Makarsky takes over all management for the 560-acre resort – an expansive retreat offering a full range of indoor and outdoor activities and adventures from world class skiing to Pennsylvania’s largest outdoor waterpark.
