The board of directors of Marriott International, Inc. today announced the election of Lauren R. Hobart, President and Chief Executive Officer of DICK’S Sporting Goods, and Grant F. Reid, former President and Chief Executive Officer of Mars, Incorporated, as independent directors of the company, effective March 15, 2023. Both are expected to be included in the company’s slate of nominees for election at its upcoming 2023 annual meeting of stockholders.
