
Tutti Bene, a new Italian restaurant is coming to downtown Bozeman in September 2025 to 224 E. Main St. Tutti Bene will offer traditional Italian cuisine combined with local Montana flavors and ingredients and will be open for dinner six days a week.
Showcasing Italian favorites alongside premium beef cuts and fresh local ingredients, guests can expect housemade pastas, traditional Italian dishes and a selection of prime aged beef and local bison. Desserts will offer a creative take on classic Italian sweets that blend tradition with modern flair.
The kitchen and dining experience will be led by executive chef and general manager Cesare Lanfranconi, a native of Lecco, Italy, whose decades-long culinary career includes Washington, D.C.’s Galileo and ownership of Tosca Ristorante Italiano in the D.C. metro area. Hospitality industry veteran Hans Maissen will oversee operations, bringing experience from such properties as Monastero Santa Rosa on Italy’s Amalfi Coast, Cap Juluca in Anguilla and The Windsor Court in New Orleans.
“We’re excited to bring something fresh to Bozeman – a place where guests can gather and enjoy classic Italian dishes,” said Lanfranconi. “Whether you’re joining us for a casual night out or a special celebration, Tutti Bene is designed to feel inviting, comfortable and a bit special.”
The 4,300-square-foot space will seat up to 100 guests with a private dining room available for intimate gatherings and special occasions. A floor-to-ceiling wine display will showcase a notable wine collection including Italian, French and domestic varietals, and handcrafted cocktails will complement the menu.
Designed by Paul Duesing of PDP Dallas, the restaurant’s neighborhood atmosphere reflects Bozeman’s charm with a nod to classic Italian style through a mix of antique, modern elements and décor inspired by the celebratory spirit of its name, Tutti Bene.
