The Dorchester Rooftop returns for 2023

The Dorchester is delighted to announce the return of The Dorchester Rooftop opening Thursday June 29, with the 2023 pop-upThe Dorchester inspired by a secret English garden.

Serving a brunch-style sharing menu crafted by culinary director Martyn Nail, The Dorchester Rooftop transports guests to a magical hideaway with views across Hyde Park and Central London. Delicious dishes come accompanied by a captivating cocktail menu, featuring an array of refreshing drinks infused with herbs and botanicals such as the ‘Endless Summer’ and the ‘Prairie Breeze’. Infused with ingredients found in the herb garden and topped off with striking floral garnishes, select cocktails will be served tableside from a bar trolley with a mixologist demonstration.

The summer inspired menu introduces delicious dishes through an immersive experience with highlights including caviar, oysters and fruit de mer, with larger plates including grilled Cornish lobster fregola, côte de boeuf and truffle risotto. Delicious desserts such as summer berry cheesecake and The Dorchester signature 68% chocolate parfait complete the rooftop experience. Nibbles to accompany the cocktail menu include tempura prawns with ponzu mayonnaise, rooftop sliders and truffle eclairs.

To set the mood, the secret garden deck will transport guests to an idyllic oasis in the heart of Mayfair with herb gardens, foliage-covered decking, flowerpots and fairy lights. The restaurant and bar will be open Thursday through to Saturday for lunch and dinner and lunch on Sunday, ready for guests to relax with a cocktail and unwind whilst listening to acoustic music and ambient nature sounds to escape from the bustle of Park Lane. Tables will be available for up to six guests and, in anticipation of the unpredictable British weather, terrace umbrellas, heaters and blankets will be available.
