Main Street Hospitality adds two new properties, expands outside of NE

Main Street Hospitality, a leader in the independent hotel landscape, today announced the company has assumed the management of two new hotels: Chebeague Island Inn on Chebeague Island, Maine and Port Cunnington Lodge in Dwight, Ontario. The addition of the two destination properties marks a significant milestone for Main Street, whose portfolio now includes nine hotels across New England and Canada.

Built on three generations of hospitality leadership, Main Street Hospitality is a family-owned, female-led company focused on preserving properties with rich histories and strong ties to their local communities. The group’s family of properties includes a range of market niches, with each hotel reflecting its unique surroundings and creating a sense of place. From regionally inspired dining to accommodations that blend traditional charm with modern luxury, to access to nature, the destinations appeal to all generations of travelers.

“The addition of Chebeague Island Inn and Port Cunnington Lodge follows our strategy to grow our family of properties by fostering strong partnerships, in unique destination markets” says Sarah Eustis, CEO of Main Street Hospitality. “We are honored to be stewards of these iconic properties and preserve the character that has kept families returning to these historic hotels for generations.”
