Set on 13 pristine acres only a few minutes’ walk from the town center of Jackson, The Virginian Lodge has cultivated a legacy of welcoming guests to the gateway of the West since the 1960s. Springboard Hospitality’s seasoned management team is leading the reimagination of the hotel which will debut in January 2022. The company’s new affiliate, Springboard Investment Advisors, advised on structuring the hotel’s management contract and co-investment, alongside Chicago-based Waterton, a real estate investment and property management company. Hospitality veteran and longtime Jackson resident, Stacey King Brogan, has assumed the general manager role.
As travelers seek wide open spaces and experiences that feel connected to the destination, the all-new Virginian Lodge will welcome back guests to 165 new rooms in January that are contemporary yet timeless, rugged yet approachable. The new guest rooms are situated around a brand-new central pool and a large courtyard punctuated with firepits and cozy Adirondack chairs. Billy’s Burgers, once a Jackson classic serving giant burgers made from scratch, will be reborn in a new space that honors the original alongside the spirited and always fun Saloon outfitted in leather banquettes with mountain décor, all centered around a roaring stone fireplace. For adventurous guests on the go, they can stop by Ginny’s Bottle Shop, the hotel’s onsite store with a drive through window curating craft cocktail kits, signature sloshies and a unique selection of wines and beers. The Virginian Lodge’s 13-acre downtown oasis is complete with an all-new event space, Wister Hall, in addition to a 10-person board room.

A true Jackson insider, having previously held general manager posts at Rustic Inn Jackson Hole Creekside Resort & Spa as well as The Lodge at Jackson Hole, Stacey King Brogan brings her destination and management expertise to lead the renovation of The Virginian Lodge. She oversees all management of the hotel’s day-to-day operations and plays an integral role in bringing the vision for the new Virginian Lodge to life, as well as assembling a best-in-class team.
