Leading aparthotel operator Staycity Group has announced a significant boost to its premium brand, Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity, with the imminent opening of two London properties and another in Manchester, as well as news of an acquisition in Lisbon, Portugal.
Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity, London, Aldgate Tower Bridge, opening at the end of October, offers 156-studio and one-bed apartments as well as a bar, breakfast station, gym and on-site parking. The property, set on Commercial Road, is within easy reach of The City of London, the East End and Docklands. Aldgate East tube and rail station is a six-minute walk away.
Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity, London, Paddington will open its doors early next year, offering 249 studios, one-bed and two-bed apartments alongside a bar, breakfast station and well-equipped gym. The property is conveniently located near Paddington Station. London’s Hyde Park, Kensington Gardens, Regent’s Park and Little Venice are all within easy reach.
Wilde Aparthotels by Staycity, Manchester, St Peter’s Square, expected to open early next year, is a new-build, 256-room aparthotel, Staycity’s third site in the city. The property is in the heart of Manchester with a tram stop a short walk away and Oxford Road rail station, Chinatown, the Arndale Centre and Piccadilly Gardens close-by.
Staycity will also open a 229-apartment Wilde in Cambridge in 2025 and has recently signed the lease on a 95-room property in the Portuguese capital of Lisbon, expected to open in 2023.
