Karma Group and Diamond Resorts expand affiliate partnership

Award-winning international travel and lifestyle brand Karma Group is pleased to announce the expansion of its existing partnership with Diamond Resorts, a global leader in the hospitality and vacation ownership industries, to offer members, owners and guests additional vacation opportunities.

As part of the expanded partnership, Karma Group will open a sales centre at Diamond’s Village Heights Golf Resort in Crete, Greece. Members, owners, and guests of Diamond Resorts® will be able to purchase additional Diamond Resorts vacation ownership points at the location and receive vacation certificate deals to stay at Karma properties.

Both companies have seen strong demand from their respective membership bases to use the other’s properties, notably intercontinental travel between Europe and Asia. As independent hospitality brands, both Karma and Diamond continue to seek the best partners to deliver their members and guests better vacation options and experiences.

“Karma Group has always been focused on delivering world-class experiences to our loyal members and guests,” said John Spence, Founder, and Chairman of Karma Group. “We are excited to expand our partnership with Diamond Resorts to provide their members and guests with a wonderful Karma-style experience at some of the most beautiful places in the world.”

“We are always searching for ways to expand our vacation offerings and enhance the overall experience for our members,” said Mike Flaskey, Chief Executive Officer of Diamond Resorts. “This is an exciting initiative with Karma Resorts, one of our existing affiliate partners, and we will collectively continue to evaluate exciting strategic opportunities.”

Karma Group is excited to expand its presence on Crete alongside Karma Minoan, their gorgeous property just outside the historic town of Agios Nikolaos. The resort’s 23 sea-facing rooms are a study in the iconic Greek island aesthetic. Whitewash walls, Aegean blue interior touches and, of course, unparalleled views of the sea, combine to produce spaces that are both relaxing and breathtaking. Amenities include a pool, Karma Spa offering local organic Cretan treatments, sea-facing yoga deck (and accompanying yogi), the Amphora restaurant which – like its namesake – carries an impressive volume of local and international wines and a large sundeck with spectacular views of Crete’s mountainous interior.
