Ikos Resorts enters the Spanish luxury hospitality market

Ikos Resorts, an innovative and fast-growing collection of luxury all-inclusive resorts, is pleased to announce the acquisition of the hotel Costa Del Sol Princess, in Estepona on Spain’s Costa Del Sol. Having completed its first acquisition in the Iberian Peninsula, Ikos Resorts is delighted to introduce to Spain the award-winning Ikos Infinite Lifestyle experience; recently rated by Trip Advisor as the world’s no 1 in the all-inclusive category.

Following a total investment of Û150 million, Ikos Andalusia is scheduled to open in May 2020 and aims to become Spain’s leading luxury all-inclusive resort. Set on a unique beachfront site in Estepona, close to Marbella and less than a 60-minute drive from Malaga Airport, Ikos Andalusia will provide more than 400 luxury rooms and suites amidst 70,000 m2 of beautifully landscaped gardens and leisure facilities. The hotel will also lie alongside 14,000m2 of white sandy beach.

In addition, the hotel will house eight restaurants, sports and theatre facilities, a spa, indoor and outdoor heated pools plus an Ikos Deluxe accommodation area, together with all the other unique features of the successful Ikos Resorts offering.

This will be the fifth Ikos resort, following recent expansion including Ikos Dassia opening in May 2018 on the island of Corfu and Ikos Aria opening in 2019 on the island of Kos, in Greece.
