A respected leader in Miami’s hospitality scene, Davalos returns to the property in a full-circle moment, bringing with her a deep connection to the hotel and a proven track record of success in the luxury market.
In her role as Director of Sales & Marketing, Davalos leads the hotel’s overall commercial strategy, overseeing sales, marketing, and revenue initiatives. She is focused on strengthening the property’s position within the luxury landscape, cultivating high-impact partnerships, and driving group, leisure, and event business. Davalos also works closely with the leadership team to elevate brand visibility, enhance the guest experience, and deliver thoughtful, results-driven campaigns that reflect the spirit and energy of Miami.
Davalos originally joined Kimpton EPIC Hotel as a member of its opening team, where she spent nine formative years helping shape the property’s identity and positioning. Her return marks a meaningful homecoming, underscoring both her personal and professional ties to the hotel.
A Miami native, Davalos brings an innate understanding of the city’s dynamic culture and global appeal. Her approach to hospitality is rooted in creating personalized, meaningful experiences that reflect Miami’s vibrant energy and diversity.
Most recently, Davalos served as Director of Sales & Marketing at The National Hotel Miami Beach, where she spent eight years elevating the property’s positioning as a refined, adults-only oceanfront destination. During her tenure, she led strategic initiatives across sales, marketing, and partnerships, strengthening the hotel’s presence within the luxury, lifestyle, and events sectors.
