Rachael Rothman, CFA, ISHC, has joined HotStats as chief operating officer.
Rothman has more than 40 years of experience across hotel operations, asset management, capital markets and data-driven advisory. She began her career on-property, spending her first decade in line-level and management roles and ultimately serving as a general manager. She later moved into asset management and Wall Street research, yielding a 360 degree operator-to-investor perspective.
Most recently, Rothman served as global head of research and data analytics at CBRE Hotels, where she led global research strategy and helped institutional owners, operators, and lenders make better decisions through data and insight. She is also a well-known industry commentator and frequent speaker.
As COO, Rothman will lead HotStats’ operations and commercial teams and oversee the continued expansion of the company’s market data and analytics offerings. Her appointment underscores the company’s focus on execution, product depth, and practical insight grounded in real operating experience, according to HotStats.
