Mr. Sharma brings with him extensive experience from his time across several prestigious IHG properties, including Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad and Crowne Plaza Gurugram. His operational expertise spans the full spectrum of hotel management, with a strong focus on Food & Beverage and operational excellence. As Area Food & Beverage Champion for Southwest Asia, he led regional initiatives to enhance F&B offerings, ensuring consistent innovation and service quality across multiple hotels.
In addition to his IHG experience, Mr. Sharma has held leadership roles with global hospitality brands including Hilton, Radisson, and London Park Hotels in the UK, enriching his leadership capabilities and enabling him to leverage diverse market insights and operational best practices.
An alumnus with a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, Pradeep combines his academic foundation with practical expertise to deliver results. Known for his guest-centric and inclusive leadership style, he believes in fostering teamwork, discipline, and a performance-driven culture—principles he also applies in his personal passion for outdoor sports.
