After 3 years of productive activity managing the Lausanne Palace, Isabelle von Burg is moving on, confident in having fully accomplished her mission. Her energy and enthusiasm made it possible to begin the transformation of this legendary hotel so beloved by the people of Lausanne.
Under Von Burg’s direction, the Lausanne Palace has strengthened its urban dynamic and realized several important goals:
- Winning a well-deserved second Michelin star for La Table de Sarah and Franck Pelux, underscoring the international acclaim for this couple’s unique talents;
- Introducing a snappy new visual identity driven by a communication campaign that celebrates the Olympics, and manifested by the launch publication of the Lausanne Palace City Guide
- Establishing a completely redesigned back-of- house living space designed to boost employees’ comfort and well-being.
To head this initiative, Quentin Delohen is today appointed General Director of the Lausanne Palace. Driven by values of openness, loyalty, respect and integrity, Quentin Delohen has more than 20 years of experience in hotel management in Switzerland. A graduate of the École Hôtelière de Lausanne, he is an expert in strategy, repositioning, and cost management. He has successfully led the opening and renovation of several sites, including the development and execution of commercial strategies.
Quentin Delohen has held management positions at Prime and Co SA / EHLP SA in Geneva, at Yotel Suisse, and for Aquatis, where he oversaw not only operational restructuring and the creation of new F&B concepts, but also the management of real estate projects.
Recognized for his ability to work with diverse and multicultural teams, Quentin Delohen is a leader noted for his outstanding communication abilities, and his entrepreneurial commitment.
