His deep understanding of the luxury leisure landscape, coupled with strong strategic acumen, positions him as a well-recognized Aurora Anguilla liaison to the industry.
As the Luxury Leisure Sales Leader at Aurora Anguilla, Sweet will play a pivotal role in shaping the resort’s leisure sales strategy. Leveraging his extensive network and market insights, he will spearhead efforts to identify new opportunities, foster client relationships and deliver unparalleled experiences.

A graduate of Wingate University in Wingate, NC, Sweet previously held senior travel industry sales leadership positions with The Ritz-Carlton Hotels of The Caribbean & Mexico, The Ritz-Carlton & JW Marriott, Grande Lakes Orlando, Loews Hotels/Universal Orlando Resort, and Busch Entertainment Corporation.
