Caicos, is thrilled to announce the appointment of Tiffany Minnis as the new General Manager of Private Villa Collection. As General Manager, Tiffany Minnis will oversee all operations, ensuring the highest standards of service, quality, and guest satisfaction are maintained throughout the Private Villa Collection. With her wealth of experience in luxury properties and her passion for personalized service, Minnis is poised to elevate Grace Bay Resorts’ reputation as the premier destination for discerning travelers.
A Grace Bay Resorts veteran, Minnis joins Private Villa Collection after a successful five-year tenure at the world-renowned Grace Bay Club, the first luxury all-suite resort in Turks & Caicos. During her time at Grace Bay Club, Minnis served as the VIP Relations Manager – where she excelled in promoting the resort to travel partners and managing the VIP guest experience – and Guest Service Manager prior to that. Minnis’ previous experience includes roles at other notable properties in Turks and Caicos such as Gansevoort Turks and Caicos, The Regent Grand Hotel Providenciales, Seven Stars Resort & Spa and COMO Parrot Cay. With her diverse background in luxury hospitality management, she has developed expertise in staff training, guest services, event planning, and operational management. In her free time, Minnis enjoys being a part of her church community outreach team, reading, going to the beach and spending time with her family.

Grace Bay Resorts’ Private Villa Collection features a portfolio of 11 oceanfront villas with up to 13 bedrooms. Multi-generational families and groups will experience stunning pool decks, spacious indoor/outdoor entertaining spaces, and five-star service from Grace Bay Resorts, which offers villa guests personal concierge service and preferred access to its nearby resorts and restaurants. Guests of the Private Villa Collection will enjoy luxury amenities including personal butler services, private chef services, a complimentary one-hour photo session and access to non-motorized water sports equipment. The newest addition to the Private Villa Collection is Legasea, which offers six bedrooms, six and a half bathrooms, five bars throughout the property, a sports complex with the only high-definition golf simulator room on the island and a micro spa room with two treatment tables. Private Villas are available starting at $10,000 per night.
