the Group Training Manager. In this key role, Khaotu will spearhead developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive training programs across AHS’s diverse portfolio of properties, driving excellence and innovation in employee development.
With a career spanning over 18 years in the aviation industry, Khaotu brings a wealth of leadership and problem-solving skills to her role as Group Training Manager. Her impressive journey includes roles as a cabin crew member, purser, and airline instructor at globally recognised airlines such as Qatar Airways and Nokair. Through these positions, Khaotu honed her ability to cultivate talent, inspire teams, and enhance operational efficiency.
Khaotu’s linguistic proficiency is another dimension that enriches her contributions to the team. Fluent in Japanese, English, and Thai, she seamlessly bridges cultural divides and ensures effective communication across diverse teams and audiences.
