Lošinj Hotels & Villas is delighted to announce the appointment of Gianluca Cugnetto as the General Manager of the five-star Preferred Hotels & Resorts member Hotel Bellevue on Lošinj Island in Croatia.
Gianluca joins Hotel Bellevue with over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry and predominantly the luxury hotel industry, holding senior management roles with Anantara, Starwood, Marriott, and Relais Chateaux for over a decade. Gianluca also has a wealth of experience in Food & Beverage and knowledge that has matured in different parts of the world.
Gianluca notes that his time working with Minor, Kempinski, Starwood, Marriott, and Relais Chateaux has been instrumental in the pursuit of his appointment at Hotel Bellevue. He is a people person who firmly believes this is the key to success in hospitality.
As a previous General Manager, Gianluca has focused on creating a unique and memorable experience for guests while ensuring that the hotel operates efficiently and profitably, placing a strong emphasis on creating a positive and inclusive culture within the hotel, where employees feel valued and motivated to provide exceptional service to guests.
