Jed Arricivita, a hospitality professional with more than two decades of business development, sales, and marketing experience has
been named Alma’s commercial director.
Filipino national Arricivita comes to the 30-hectare family resort, overlooking Long Beach on Vietnam’s Cam Ranh peninsula, after working as director of sales at The Peninsula Bangkok for almost 10 years.
Previously, he was director of sales at Shangri-La Bangkok and Shangri-La Mactan Resort and Spa in Cebu, and director of business development at Makati Shangri-La in Manila.
After studying for a bachelor of science degree in hotel and restaurant administration at the University of the Philippines in Quezon City, Arricivita started working for the Makati Shangri-La in 1999 as a front desk agent and rose through the ranks as a sales manager and senior sales manager before his appointment as director of business development in 2005.
In his role at Alma, he will oversee commercial management, sales, and marketing management, digital strategy, and more, with focuses on leisure, business, and MICE travel.
