Main Street Hospitality appoints Jennifer Usaty to leadership team

Main Street Hospitality is pleased to announce the appointment of Jennifer Usaty to its dynamic leadership team. As the new Vice President of Finance, Jennifer is responsible for all financial operations and related matters for Main Street Hospitality. This includes financial oversight for all eight of Main Street Hospitality’s managed hotel properties located throughout the Northeast, which includes the storied Red Lion Inn in the Berkshires, Hammett’s Hotel in Newport, and Porches Inn at Mass MoCA, and the newly opened Canoe Place Inn and Cottages in Hampton Bays, NY. 

To support the high-performance and growing hotel management company, Jennifer will offer hands-on financial leadership to further develop the organization by providing best-in-class accounting, financial reporting, treasury operations, short and medium range budgeting and forecasting, and new business development in partnership with hotel properties’ leadership and owners.

Jennifer is a seasoned hospitality professional with a proven track record of success and growth in the Luxury Boutique sector. Most recently, Jennifer served as the Regional Director of Finance at Auberge Resorts where she was responsible for full financial oversight of six hotels and achieved +150% revenue growth, profit margin growth +600% and RevPAR growth +80%. Prior to her role at Auberge Resorts, Jennifer oversaw and managed all day-to-day accounting related functions as the Hotel Controller of the Mayflower Inn & Spa in Washington, CT.

In synergistic partnership with the executive team and the performance, sales and operations functions, Jennifer will partner with Main Street’s senior business leaders and hotel General Managers to develop and implement financial operations and reporting across the organization.

During her free time, you can find Jennifer hiking, gardening, boating, surfing, or anything outdoor related. She strives every day to be a strong female role model for her three sons who she absolutely adores.
