Main Street Hospitality is pleased to announce the appointments of Joe Crimmins, Vice President of Operations and Andres Gutierrez, Area Director of Revenue Management. As a part of Main Street Hospitality’s dynamic leadership team, Joe and Andres will further the company’s mission to deliver unparalleled experiences through an authentic approach to hospitality that centers around Main Street’s portfolio of eight properties. This portfolio includes the storied Red Lion Inn in the Berkshires, Hammett’s Hotel in Newport, Porches Inn at MASS MoCA and the newly opened Canoe Place Inn & Cottages, located in Hampton Bays, Long Island.
Joe Crimmins, Vice President of Operations
In his current role serving as Vice President of Operations, Joe Crimmins oversees the operations and sales teams for Main Street Hospitality’s portfolio of owned and operated hotels located across the Northeast. Joe brings over 30 years of sales, operating and development experience to Main Street Hospitality, acquired in service to Hilton, Intercontinental, Doral, and Destination Hotels. Joe also served as Executive Director of Hospitality Services for Penn State University, where he now actively serves on the board of advisors for the university’s hotel school.

Andres Gutierrez, Area Director of Revenue Management
As Area Director of Revenue Management, Andres Gutierrez joins the leadership team by heading the execution and measurement of strategies and tactics designed to maximize revenue, market share and profitability for the assigned portfolio. Andres sets Main Street Hospitality up for success with evaluation of data and yield management to ensure consistently competitive pricing, optimization of the mix of customers and management of distribution strategies on all channels. Andres’ impressive background spans over a decade of working with leading organizations such as Omni Hotels & Resorts and The Biltmore Company. Andres now brings his unique expertise to Main Street Hospitality,

This sensational news comes alongside last month’s appointment of Joe Gallo and Terry Coughlin, who now serve as President and Hospitality Leadership Coach as Main Street Hospitality continues to develop and grow within the independent hospitality space.
