Leading Los Angeles-based hospitality management company Springboard Hospitality is pleased to announce the hiring of a new general manager and executive chef at The Yarrow, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Park City. Demonstrating Springboard’s commitment to this mountain basecamp in the nation’s premier ski and outdoor recreation destination, both key new hires will prioritize enhancing guest satisfaction and elevating the overall hotel experience.
With over 25 years in hospitality, Anthony Moody joins The Yarrow, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Park City as the new general manager, where he focuses on daily operations, staff development, budgeting and financial planning, and increasing sales and revenue. Most recently, Moody served as the General Manager at The Farnam, Autograph Collection by Marriott in Omaha, where he opened the 120-room hotel in 2020. Moody previously spent 20 years with John Q. Hammons Hotels and Resorts across the Midwest, and two years with Real Hospitality Group.
Executive Chef Nicholas Davies joins The Yarrow, DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Park City from Snowbasin Resort, part of Grand America Hotel and Resorts, in Huntsville, Utah. In his new role, Chef Davies helms The Yarrow’s two culinary outelts, 1800 Park and Vertical Lounge, where he is charged with menu and concept development and implementation, inventory and cost control, procurement strategy with major suppliers, and coordination with clients on weddings and events. Prior to his time in Utah, Chef Davies served as Executive Chef at Village Station at Sun Valley Resort in Idaho.
