Hospitality veteran Deanna Zuber-Galloway has been appointed Director of Sales, Marketing and Events of Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows, a mid-century modern inspired resort situated on 23 acres of sweeping desert landscape framed by Camelback Mountain.
Zuber-Galloway, an Arizona native, brings over 15 years of hospitality experience in sales, events planning, and food and beverage operations to her new position. An inspiring Sonoran Desert escape with 185 bungalow-style guest rooms and suites that evoke an artists’ colony, Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows offers vibrant local art and artisan furnishings, a hip signature restaurant serving Sonoran cuisine, three pools, an indoor-outdoor destination spa, and more.

Zuber-Galloway brings a wealth of leadership expertise within the Hyatt Hotels brand to her role at Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows, most recently serving as the Director of Events at Hyatt Regency Phoenix where she led the events and event services team.
Zuber-Galloway previously served as the Food & Beverage Manager at Hyatt Regency Phoenix in 2002. She was then promoted to Event Planning Manager in 2005, and two years later relocated to Hyatt Regency Hill Country as Catering & Customer Service Manager.
She took on an Associate Director of Events role in 2011, supporting both Hyatt Regency Monterey and Hyatt Carmel Highlands. She then became Director of Events at Grand Hyatt Dallas Fort Worth and in 2017 returned to Hyatt Regency Phoenix.
Zuber-Galloway holds a bachelor’s degree in public relations from Northern Arizona University in Flagstaff, Ariz., and is a credentialed Level One Sommelier from The Court of Master Sommeliers. She enjoys spending time with her husband and six-year-old son during her free time.
