Hilton Naples announced that Stephanie Roman has been promoted from conference services manager to catering sales manager.
Roman will now be responsible for orchestrating an anticipated 300 events annually and serving as the key liaison between clients and the hotel’s sales, food and beverage and audiovisual departments.
Roman joined the Shula’s Steak House team in April 2017. She was promoted to the Hilton Naples conference services team in December 2017, then to her most recent position of conference services manager in January 2019. She was named Hilton Naples team member of the quarter for the first quarter of 2019.
