Show Group is pleased to announce the appointment of Cherie Drummond to the position of General Manager.
As an experienced corporate travel leader, Cherie has proven success in managing operational and account management teams and will bring her highly consultative leadership style to the Show Group team and the wider Helloworld Travel business. Cherie has had a successful career to date within the travel industry, most recently working with CTM in a senior leadership position for the past 9 years, and prior to this with BCD Travel, Harvey World Travel and Delta International Travel.
Nick Sutherland, Group General Manager – Corporate at Helloworld Travel welcomed Cherie to the group. “Cherie’s appointment is an exciting move for the Show Group team. Her leadership style is centred on inclusiveness and focused on building trust with the teams she works with, we know she will be a great addition to the Show Group team” he said. “Her experience across the industry will allow her to lead and take responsibility of the performance of Show Group, and continue to drive its success within the travel and events industry” Nick added.
Cherie commenced in the role on 1 May and will be based in the Show Group Botany office.
