Ahead of the summer season, Montage Deer ValleyÊappoints a memberÊto its sales and marketing team.
Jamie FisherÊis the resort’s new director of leisure sales. The appointee brings extensive experience to Montage Deer Valley to aid in the sales efforts of the year-round mountain resort.
“We are thrilled to welcome Jamie to the Montage Deer Valley leadership team,” said Allen Highfield, general manager, Montage Deer Valley. “She brings a fresh perspective to the resort as well as wide-ranging experience in sales to support the continued success of Montage Deer Valley.”
In her new position, Fisher oversees all areas of the leisure sales department of Montage Deer Valley. Fisher is responsible for the development of strategic plans to positively impact the leisure market, including all sales efforts targeting individual travel producers such as travel management accounts, retail travel agents, consortiums, and wholesalers for the resort.
Fisher brings 15 years of experience in sales and the hospitality industry to her role. Prior to joining Montage Hotels & Resorts, she held several key positions including director of sales for The Ritz-Carlton, Bachelor Gulch; director of leisure sales & reservations for The Westin Riverfront Resort & Spa; and director of leisure sales for Vail Resorts.
Fisher graduated from Anderson University in Anderson, Indiana with a Bachelor of Arts in marketing. Fisher enjoys listening to live music, hiking up mountains, skiing down them, and exploring new places.
