In this role, Marinette will lead overall sales and marketing operations and utilize her business acumen to develop innovative marketing strategies and drive revenue objectives for the world-renowned ultra-luxury resort.

Marinette joins Rosewood with over 10 years of experience in luxury hospitality sales and marketing. Most recently, Marinette spent eight years as director of global sales at Carlson Rezidor Hotel Group, where she managed sales strategies for the company’s global portfolio of top hotels. Previously, Marinette worked as director of sales at Jumeirah Essex House in New York City and director of marketing at Metropolitan Hotel and Tower in Beirut, as well as senior sales manager at Marriott International. Marinette graduated from Pennsylvania State University with a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Institutional Management and attended the Global Executive Leadership Professional Program at the Wharton School of University of Pennsylvania.
