Fresh from her stint as General Manager of Dorsett Grand Labuan, the only 5-star hotel on the Island of Labuan owned and managed by Dorsett Hospitality International, Susan is recognised as an experienced hotelier with strong sales and marketing background.ÊÊ
In her latest General Manager role, Susan will be responsible for all aspects of operations at the hotel, day-to-day staff management and guests, acts as an ambassador for the brand, provide leadership and strategic planning to all departments in support of the hotel’s service culture, maximized operations and guest satisfaction as well as work very closely with the hotel owners and other stakeholders.
Prior to her appointment at Cosmo Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Susan was attached to Dorsett Grand Subang before her move to Dorsett Grand Labuan.
