Frank Naboulsi named Regional Vice President, Luxury & Upper Upscale Brands Ð Egypt of AccorHotels

In his role as Regional Vice President, Egypt, Naboulsi will be responsible for supporting AccorHotels growing portfolio in Egypt. He will bring his ability to establish strategic direction and build business partnerships to manage over six of AccorHotels properties across Egypt while working with the hotels and regional teams to drive more success to the company.

Naboulsi started his career with the Fairmont Brand in 1991 as Regional Director of Sales & Marketing in Fairmont Banff Springs Hotels in Alberta, Canada. He then moved to become Hotel Manager and later General Manager in two other Fairmont properties in Canada between 1996 and 2001 before moving to Dallas, Texas as General Manager of Fairmont Dallas. Naboulsi joined Fairmont Nile City in 2007 and continued there ever since as General Manager & Regional Vice President, Egypt. Naboulsi has now been extended leadership over Sofitel Winter Palace Luxor, Sofitel Taba Heights, Sofitel Cairo El Gezirah, Sofitel Legend Old Cataract, and Sofitel Le Gabriel, in addition to managing Fairmont Nile City.

Naboulsi is a Certified Hospitality Administrator (CHA) by the American Hotel & Lodging Association, holding a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) and a Bachelor’s degree in Management Administration from California South University as well as a Business Management degree from the University of Grant MacEwan in Canada. He received numerous awards including WHERE Dallas Magazine’s Silver Plume Award for General Manager of the Year, Haute Grandeur’s Best General Manager in Egypt Award, and Canadian Pacific Hotel Eagle Award for Outstanding Leadership among others.
