Rafael Peterkovic appointed Director of Food and Beverage at Ajman Hotel

With over 23 years of experience in Culinary and Food & Beverage Service, his last position was Executive Chef on Viking Ocean cruise ship, catering more than 930 guests daily and overseeing both Kitchen and F&B Service operations.

Peterkovic has worked for various prestigious international hospitality brands such as Westin, Kempinski, Le Meridien, in addition to cruise ships such as M/V Seaborn Quest – a 6-star luxury cruise liner. Peterkovic’s expertise lies in his deep understanding of world culinary trends, guests’ tastes and preferences in order to create an exceptional culinary experience.

Peterkovic said: ÒI am glad to come back to the hotel industry and embrace this new opportunity in UAE. My plan is to develop new strategies to bring more footfalls to the ten food and beverages outlets of the hotel, with strong determination to provide exceptional guest service and maintain high food quality standards. My vision for the culinary department is to go back to the basics; nowadays the guests are looking for a combination of healthy and tasty options, that’s what we aim to deliver in Ajman Hotel.Ó
