The Ajman Hotel is the first property of Blazon Hotels brand in Ajman. With over 15 years of experience in Training, Education and Development, Hatem Gaafar holds a Bachelor’s degree in Linguistics & Literature.
His last position was Cluster Director of Training & Development with Rixos Hotels, Sharm El Sheikh in Egypt. Prior to his last assignment, Hatem spent three years as Director of People Training & Development at Kempinski Hotel Soma Bay, Red Sea, Hurghada, Egypt. He has also worked in training roles for several major hotel brands among which were IHG and Accor.
