Lee Alan Wood

A Radisson Blu veteran, Lee brings with him 17 years of experience in culinary craftsmanship in high-end restaurants and 5-star resort kitchens, having amassed invaluable expertise of launching exciting restaurant and bar concepts within that time.Ê Continuing on just that path, he joins the Bali team and is set to deliver on exceptional guest’s experience.

Lee will lead the selected team across two show kitchen restaurants, three distinctly different bars and a multi-venue banquet operation.Ê His intuitive leadership and planning skills are vital ingredients to his success and his continuous ambition to place the resort as a wine and dine landmark on the island’s culinary map. Lee strongly believes that a dining experience does not end with just tasty food.Ê His concepts focus on a holistic approach, where the experiential matches the palette with a strong focus on charm and attentiveness just as much as on a sense of responsibility for well-being and the environment, securing just the right supply of sustainable and organic resources, packed in reusable and recyclable materials while supporting the local community whenever possible.

Responsiveness to the guests’ needs is Lee’s second nature and he feels that the brand’s 100% Satisfaction Guarantee perfectly matches his new team’s spirit as well. When assembling his ambitious restaurant and kitchen team, the crews’ character plays an equally important part of the experience – extroverted charm and a desire for empowerment being essential criteria.

In Lee’s words, ÒBali has become home to superb food and drink. So many restaurants here offer unique concepts, which makes Bali an exciting place to work; it’s always good to have competition.Ê I want this resort to become the most talked about in Southern Bali.Ê THE place to go to get super fresh, Ôchef-crafted’ food and inspired drinks at reasonable prices by happy staff that really care.Ó
