Remington Hospitality, a dynamic hotel management company providing genuine hospitality and expertise in property management, announced today the completion of a comprehensive repositioning of Cameo Beverly Hills to LXR Hotels & Resorts, Hilton’s collection of unique, independent luxury properties.

The property features 138 guestrooms and suites, all with private balconies, along with multiple food and beverage outlets, a resort-style pool deck, and the 4,300-square-foot Starlight Rooftop Ballroom, offering panoramic views of Beverly Hills and the Los Angeles skyline.

“Having managed Cameo Beverly Hills through this repositioning, we have a deep understanding of how to translate the rebranding into performance,” said Ben Perelmuter, Chief Executive Officer, Remington Hospitality. “Operating under the LXR flag creates a meaningful opportunity to enhance rate integrity, expand the hotel’s reach across global and group channels, and accelerate post-renovation ramp-up. Our team is focused on long-term value creation for ownership.”

Located in the Beverly Hills submarket, the repositioned hotel is now aligned with LXR’s global luxury platform and Hilton’s distribution and loyalty ecosystem, enhancing its competitive positioning in a supply-constrained, high-barrier market. The transformation included upgraded guestrooms and suites, refreshed public spaces, a reimagined food and beverage program, and enhanced meeting and event facilities designed to support diversified demand and long-term performance.

“The completion of this repositioning marks an important milestone for the asset,” said Richard J. Stockton, Chief Executive Officer and President, Braemar Hotels & Resorts. “Remington’s continuity as operator and their familiarity with the property provide stability as we move into the next phase of the hotel’s lifecycle. We believe the upgraded product and brand alignment position Cameo Beverly Hills to compete at the top end of the luxury segment and drive long-term value.”

The repositioned Cameo Beverly Hills further reinforces Remington Hospitality’s presence in top-tier urban luxury markets and reflects the company’s ongoing focus on supporting owners through complex asset transitions, brand integrations, and post-renovation ramp-up.
